The story of my family where I suffered child abuse
![]()
My family looks pretty much like an ordinary american family. Both of my parents are still married and have three children. My father worked for the railroad as a clerk in an office during second shift. My mother was a stay at home mom. My older sister is fours years older than I am and my baby sister is one year younger. We also lived in a small cozy house in the country with a big yard.
During my childhood, my mother was very controlling by not allowing me to play with the other children in the community. As a result, I begin having behavior problems from isolation. Along with behavior problems, an abusive relationship with my mother began. First it was spanking, then it increased to a few spats with a leather belt. When this did not work for discipline, the situation escalated to daily beatings with my mothers favorite leather belt. Yes, I said daily beatings with a BELT!
In todays society, any behavior as I have described is unacceptable. It is my understanding this is how people raised their children in early times before civil rights were revised to protect innocent victims from domestic violence.
My mother continues her abuse by spreading rumors within the community promoting hatred and discontent. Her sole intention is public persecution for the illness I attained at her hand as a result of being an abused child. My mother has contacted my employers as an attempt to be blacklisted, this usually results in termination without due cause. Unexplainable illness results from intentional poisoning after making vindictive statements; usually it is considered to be my imagination and referred to a mental health clinic for an evaluation.
My future is uncertain at this time, a lifetime of child abuse and psychological torment preventing a normal life. people complain of mental illness and the negative image portrayed on television and in Hollywood movies. However this service helps many people cope with all types of trauma. Stop the pain by being more compassionate toward victims of domestic abuse.
More information is available by visiting our sister site Abused by my Mother A more detailed account of my life and the continued abuse.
